Join us on a transformative journey through 12 empowering wellness sessions, each dedicated to a unique pathway to improve your wellbeing. Our sessions are designed to be flexible - sign up to them individually or for the entire year-long experience.

Every class delves into the monthly topic, offering not only valuable insights but also practical tools to practice during the session and seamlessly incorporate into your daily life. After each session, you'll receive an additional resource to use. With the option of  standalone sessions  you're welcome to start your journey at anytime.​

The Sessions

In each 60 minute session, we'll explore these themes through a blend of theory and hands-on practice. The practices will incorporate a mixture of modalities such as movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, visualisations, affirmations, journaling and relaxation. All of which will tap into 4 pillars of our wellness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. ​​Every session includes take-home practices and recordings to support your continuous growth and development.​

Sessions are at 7.30pm on the 2nd Monday of the month. 

 

Cost - £20 per session or get 2 free when you book all 12 for £200.

FAQ's

​What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for moving your body and sitting with ease.

Are these sessions suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, we aim to make these sessions accessible and welcoming.

​

What environment is best to join the sessions from?

A quiet space that has room for a yoga mat and a chair to sit on if you find that more comfortable.

 

What do I need for the session?

Yoga mat or similar, water to drink, cushion, blanket, notepad/journal, pen, curious mind and open heart.

 

Does it matter if I miss the first session

You can sign up for the 12 sessions at any point during the year as this is a continuing offering each year. Each month can be done as a separate session and there is no specific order. Trust that you are coming to this at exactly the right time for you. Let go of any fear of missing out as you will have the opportunity to cover each topic over the next 12 months. You can also purchase one month at a time or just the topics you are drawn to. There are savings by signing up for the whole year.

 

What happens if you can’t attend the live session?

Each session will be recorded and will be sent out within 48 hours of the live event. It will be available for 30 days so can also be practiced and viewed again.
