My journey into wellness began 18 years ago during one of the most challenging times of my life. I struggled with burnout and felt overwhelmed, I knew I needed support and wanted to explore more holistic approaches to wellbeing. A friend suggested yoga, and that first class became a turning point in my life.




I believe there is a better way to approach wellness...
Let's break it down, simplify things as it otherwise tends to feel a bit overwhelming.
How times have we been told that we should be doing this or shouldn't be doing that.
We are all different, life is an individual journey for us all and sometimes we need a helping hand to guide us through.

I am a qualified yoga instructor and have taught for just over 15 years.
I offer advanced pranayama (breathwork) techniques, and mindfulness practices.
I am a Trauma Informed Nervous System Coach.
I specialise in yoga for equestrians helping horsey humans with their with their horse in and our of the saddle.
I am continuously on a journey of self discovery and I love to be able to learn and discover new things.
I have expanded my knowledge through exploring ancient wisdom traditions like Astrology and Tarot.
I understand that starting something new can feel daunting, but my biggest passion is to be able to make wellness accessible for everyone and to share what I have learnt. Let me help you on your journey.

Yoga for Equestrians
I have been riding since I was 8 years old.
Through movement, meditation and breathwork I can help you feel more at ease in the saddle physically, mentally and emotionally.
These practices will develop strength and flexibility, better self awareness in and out of the saddle and more harmonious connection with your horse.
