Our Retreats 

Kathryn's journey into wellness began 18 years ago during one of the most challenging periods of her life. Struggling with burnout and overwhelm while pregnant, she knew she needed support and was drawn to explore holistic approaches to wellbeing. A friend suggested yoga, and that first class became a turning point in her life.

This transformative experience inspired Kathryn...

...to share these practices with others. In 2013, she completed her yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga, followed by specialist training in children's yoga with Calm for Kids, advanced pranayama (breathwork) techniques, and mindfulness practices.

Kathryn's approach is shaped by a deep interest in nervous system regulation and understanding how life's experiences - both big and small - influence our relationship with ourselves and the world around us. She integrates practices that support nervous system healing and build resilience, while continuing to expand her knowledge through exploring ancient wisdom traditions like Astrology and Tarot.

Understanding that starting something new can feel daunting, Kathryn is passionate about making wellness accessible and inclusive for everyone. Her work is guided by three core
